Necessary Skills:
* Experience in online merchandising.
* Knowledge of e-commerce techniques and strategies, including user interface, product display, search functionality and email marketing.
* Creativity to generate successful merchandising programs and analytical skills to analyze results.
* Ability to lead dedicated team of site editors.
* Experience in publishing or book retailing is preferred.
