Reaxion: Release Manager, Seattle

As Release Manager, you will be responsible for driving Reaxion's end-to-end mobile application deployment strategy across BREW and J2ME carriers. This will involve owning and driving all release management research and reporting, ensuring accountability in the tactical release process, and actively engaging in a culture that promotes "excellence in deployment." This role offers a significant opportunity to take a leadership role in the dynamic and growing mobile game market. This role reports to Reaxion's Sr. Channel Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:
• Partnering with the development, QA, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the on-time delivery of all Reaxion applications
• Owning and driving Reaxion's carrier submissions process, price plan definition, and test management
• Defining ongoing release management strategies that reduce time to market and optimize for increased revenue
• Driving proactive release management reporting to ensure internal accountability and efficiency
• Assisting with the management of key carrier relationships, especially in emerging markets
• Assisting with the management of direct-to-consumer distribution channels on a global basis
• Managing relationships with localization, retail, and porting partners

Candidate Requirements:
• 3+ years of build, test, or release process management experience
• Proven ability to work with partners in the mobile or gaming markets
• Demonstrated passion for all genres of 2D and 3D video games
• Excellent analytical, writing, and creative skills
• Ability to work in a complex virtual teaming environment crossing geographic boundaries
• Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience
