The QA Tester will be responsible for executing test cases against Glu Mobile's products and for reporting and verifying defects found. Products under testing include applications and games. The QA Tester will be an integral part of producing high quality products.

* Troubleshoot, report, and follow up on all defects found

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be committed to achieve and exceed the business objectives, while keeping a growth-oriented attitude. He/She will have a strong business sense, ability to deal with business modelling, KPI tracking and real-time thinking. He/she will have a strong distribution and product marketing background and a track record of envisioning strategies and executing tactics that add value to the bottom line. This will have been gained either directly in Mobile Value Services or in a consumer online or related product/service environment. Overview: Seeking an individual to manage the operations of its digital music store and service. The position will include responsibility for both content-focused and customer-focused operations of a digital music store.
A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's consumer music service-related operations, including the ingestion and publication of content on a regular basis, oversight of day-to-day merchandising, QA, data reporting, sales analysis on a day-to-day basis, and the management of a customer service department. As part of these responsibilities, the director will be expected to develop measurement criteria to report sales results, measure quality of customer service experience, evaluate promotional programs, monitor competitive service offerings, and provide synthesized and supported feedback to the content, marketing, and technical teams at the company.

Experience and Skill Requirements:
* BA/BS degree (relevant advanced degree a plus). 6+ years experience related to digital media or e-commerce service operations preferred; minimum of 4 years of managing and leadership experience
* Experience with back-end e-commerce operations desired; comfort with using the Web and technology tools required
* Experience managing customer-facing sales and operations desired
* Deep music knowledge a definite plus
* Experience driving ROI-positive sales initiatives
* Familiarity with customer service departmental functions

Execute Boost's business development plan to support the Digital Media product strategy. Identify, negotiate and implement key business relationships with product, services and application solution partners. Analyze Media, Entertainment, and Gaming marketplaces to identify potential partners for innovative wireless solutions; Deliver high profile, high quality presentations for external partners and internal customers; Develop and improve processes for streamlining selection and closing relevant partnerships agreements. Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education): BA or BS in business, marketing or engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred; 5+ years of experience in digital media. 3+ years experience in digital media business development for an operator, mobile content publisher, major entertainment company or major Internet portal. Demonstrated experience negotiating business terms and contracts, with good negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex relationships at the middle and upper management levels; Demonstrated experience leading strategic development, with knowledge of business models in the media industry.
