WorldCell: TADIG/Billing Specialist, Silver Spring, MD
Worldcell is a global provider of communication services to cellular carriers, Enterprise and Government. Worldcell owns and operates its own GSM and CDMA network and has a large roaming footprint. We looking to fill in the position of a TADIG (Transfer Account Data Interest Group of GSMA) testing specialist with good knowledge of inter-carrier wholesale billing mechanism. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in a highly dynamic work place with small team environment.
WorldCell TADIG/Billing Specialist
TADIG testing: Perform TADIG testing with roaming partners. Familiar with TTT(TAP testing tool) and CIBER test tool.
Good knowledge of CIBER and TAP formats– Maintain the TAP-CIBER specs implemented by DCH and write change requests, modifications as needed based on business needs.
Reporting: Monitor CDR reject, Usage reports provided by the data clearing house and provide consolidated management report
Working Knowledge of wireless roaming- Maintain the billing related data of the CDMA RSB customers in the provisioning system and apply BID/NPA-NXX changes
Responsible for roaming fraud prevention process for RSB
