MUST HAVE:
* SMS, EMS, MMS, SMSC, MMSC, CDMA, IS-637A, IS-637B and email (including POP, IMAP and SMTP)
* Lead internal project teams
* Interface directly with customers and their technical experts Implementing SMS and EMS client solutions for mobile phones.
* Wireless carrier SMS network deployment and service understanding 3GPP documentation relating to EMS, 3GPP TS 23.040 V5.3.0 (2002-03) (Release 5).
* BREW is a plus
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
