Project Manager

As a Project Manager for Portable Internet, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a software development project.
* Conducting, coordinating and managing the requirement gathering process.
* Project planning; which includes the process from inception through completion.
* Overseeing delivery management- time, reports, billing.
* Assisting in designing and building sophisticated commercial grade applications for wireless, handheld Internet devices such as JME (J2ME), BREW, Windows Mobile (Pocket PC/Windows CE, Smartphone). Applications are graphics, data, and communication intensive.
* Development of backend server applications and integration with CRM, billing and provisioning systems.
* Participate in Design and writing of functional and technical specification for client, server and internal applications.
Minimum Requirements:
Must Have:
* At least 2-3 years Project Management experience.
* At least 5 years experience in software development preferably in ASP, VBscript, SQL Sever and Win/OS with familiarity with HTML.
* At least 2 years experience in technical design and specification.
* History of management and delivery of on time and on budget projects
* Great personal and professional skills (e.g. speed of learning, hard working, problem solving, enthusiastic, attention to detail, independent work ethic, time management, technical judgment)
Desired (in priority order)
* 4 year Bachelors degree required with Masters preferred
