Seeking a Wireless Networking Solutions Specialist. We prefer candidates with broad data networking background and skills in a broad range of wireless networking. This will include WLAN, City-wide (community) broadband wireless solutions, Pervasive Computing-Hand-Held Computing, and RFID solutions. Successful candidate will have strong technical skills and above average abilities in planning, solution structure, assessment, analysis, design, architecture, & technical writing.
The preferred candidate will have some experience in RF Engineering fundamentals. The candidate must have direct hands-on experience with gathering requirements, developing detailed designs and performing technology implementation preferred as well as experience in supporting proposal development and sales activities. Major Field of Study: Math, CS, Engineering or related field.
Required Skills: Consulting; Wired & Wireless Data Network Architecture; Wired & Wireless Data Network Design; Wireless LANs; Wireless MANs; RFID; Telecommunications; Business Development; Must have extensive experience with wireless networking design and implementation projects, interviewing / analytical/ report writing skills & issues based on consulting. 4 or more years implementing Wireless Networking solutions. Prefer knowledge/experience in data networking. Knowledge /experience with RF Engineering helpful.
75% TRAVEL REQUIRED.
