Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant

MangoMOBILE™,a leading mobile technology company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant. MangoMOBILE™ is a young, energetic company that focuses on mobile content and mobile marketing.

Ideal Candidate:
* Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
* Maintain a positive attitude.
* Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:
* Handle support requests originating from email, phone, or other sources.
* Perform troubleshooting to identify root cause of issues and work with customer to bring issue to resolution.
* Refers unresolved ones to the responsible parties. Performs due diligence on customer inquiries through oral/written communication.
* Greet visitors as they arrive.
* Assist in accomplishing the goals and objectives of the office through multi-tasking, and demonstration of sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Interpret customer concerns by collecting data, utilizing knowledge and appropriate resources.
* Answer inbound calls in a courteous, helpful and expedient manner.
* Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and expense reports.
* Maintains files, sorts and mails documents.

Requirements:
* Proficient skill in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and the Internet).
* Skilled in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret, and address customer needs.
* Skill in understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service.
* Skill in planning, organizing, and managing time across multiple tasks and customer needs.
* Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills related to day-to-day activities (e.g. superior one-on-one people skills, email etiquette, concise and accurate/timely voicemail skills, and responsiveness).
* High school diploma required, some college preferred.
