Ringleader Digital (formerly Mobile Phone Applications, Inc.) is currently seeking Product Manager to manage the full life cycle of its ground breaking mobile ad serving technology. The right candidate will be a hands on leader in developing new technologies and innovations covering the areas of ad serving, ad targeting, and ad products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with sales, operations and the engineering organization to establish strong product development processes, including project planning, documentation and change control
• Provide ongoing reporting on active projects, project schedules and milestones/deliverables
• Requires experience determining customer requirements, developing concepts, leading product development, and executing product launches
• Provide Ad Server product support and expertise to all cross-functional teams and business unit
• Work with vendors and internal teams with Ad Server integration points that support proposal creation and approval, inventory, workflow management and billing
• Author and maintain product documentation such as PRDs, wireframes, UI specs, site maps, etc.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and other information beneficial to the organization.

Key Requirements/Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years of interactive product management/marketing experience (must provide functioning examples)
• Deep understanding of interactive and mobile ad serving technologies and applications such as AtlasAd Server, Accipiter, DART and Atlas
• Strong grasp of information architecture and user interface best practices
• Experience determining customer requirements, developing concepts, leading product development, and executing product launches
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving, team environment
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• BS or BA required
• MS Visio, Project, Excel and PowerPoint

Digital Ringleader Digital (formerly Mobile Phone Applications, Inc.) is currently seeking an experienced and hands on Senior Director / Director of Advertising Operations to take a lead role in the development of its growing mobile ad sales business, building a support team, and managing daily workflows and vendor/client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee implementation and launch of all campaigns, communicating with clients/agencies/internal partners, and acting as a liaison with our sites to test and troubleshoot new and/or existing ad products and campaigns.
2. Expertise in designing ad operations workflows in campaign management, billing and reconciliation
3. Manage and support campaign progress to maximize revenue and performance for customers through the implementation, delivery, optimization, and billing phases of campaigns.
4. Develop tools for inventory forecasting and management, and work with ad operations coordinators and accounting department to link all steps of the billing process.
5. Act as liaison to Finance department and oversee the proper billing of advertiser-related revenues
6. Generate and present pipeline reports for sales management
7. Manage production, meet deadlines, and bring programs live

Requirements
• BA/BS required
• 5 years experience in ad operations at a known ad network, online or mobile publisher and/or interactive ad agency
• 1-2 years management experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, evolving, team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of 3rd party advertising platforms, primarily Accipiter and inventory management

Job Description

• Monitoring bids and positioning of keywords and ad texts to optimize budget and campaign goals
• Develop extensive keyword lists and ad groups and their placement while tracking their performance across multiple search engines to understand what consumer demand is and how Flycell can benefit.
• Research and report on how to increase visibility and ranking in organic search listings. Analyze our website and competitor sites and make recommendations and manage their execution.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:
• Understanding and knowledge of search engine features and functionality with at least 6 months experience in the SEM industry.
• Experience in lead generation, web marketing, and direct marketing.
• Knowledge of search marketing especially Google AdWords and Overture with insight to what variables drive success.
• Strong analytical skills to develop math tools to optimize campaigns and keyword buys.
• Passion for marketing and technology and the mobile space.
