Job Title: Sr. Product Manager
Location: New York, NY

The Bachrach Group is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following client position based in New York, NY:

The Sr. Product Manager will report to the Vice President of Product Development and be responsible for:

• Work with the VP to establish product definition, strategy, and roadmap 

• Gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders 

• Draft a product definition document and functional requirements to guide development
• Manage prioritization of issues, enhancements, new features 

• Work with operations to monitor and analyze product performance daily 

• Work with marketing to coordinate product launch 

• Specify feature changes or upgrades to achieve strategic goals 

- Create requirements documents 

- Create wire-frames, artists renderings 

• Coordinate with IT to develop and deploy new features 

• Report regularly to Director and Executives on product status 


Requirements:

Successful applicants will have the following qualifications: 


• Requirements gathering and documentation for software, web, or mobile products or services 

• Analyzing marketing and operating data 


• Excellent written and verbal communication ability 

• Attention to detail 

• Diligent follow-up and perseverance 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel 

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Access 

• Project management 

• Teamwork and interpersonal relations skills 

• Comfortable with numerical and statistical analysis 

• Hands-on, can-do attitude 

• Understanding of direct marketing concepts 

• Understanding of subscription-based businesses 

• Solid understanding of statistics 



Experience with any of the following are strong plusses: 


• Software Development Lifecycle 

• HTML 

• Mobile interactive products and technologies 

• Game design and development, software-based or web-based 

• Internet-based lead generation 

• Degree in MIS, Systems Analysis, Marketing
