RESPONSIBILITIES:

- On-time delivery of professional responses to RFXs
- Customer Technical Relationship Management
- Creating innovative multi-Product Solution Architectures

REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Computer Science or other related field

You will be a key player in driving the transformation of the Service Assurance market and helping us define the way forward for our Unified Service Delivery Management strategy and Voice & Video service/performance management portfolio. Your mission will be to help us effectively position and market our products. This is an Enterprise focused role (not SP, but ability to also address SP would be useful).

You should have the ability to see and link the pieces of the big picture together to develop compelling positioning and messaging and create presentations, collateral, product launches, and sales training that compels action. You will be a great message architect and writer - someone who can create presentations, whitepapers and solution briefs quickly, confidently and effectively. Partnering with Product Management, Sales, and marketing teams, you will be part of a core team that will drive the growth of new business, support engagement of current customers, and help retain and grow top customers.

In addition to those skills, what we need is specific experience and expertise in dealing with performance management, assurance and user experience for VoIP and Video (Conferencing, Telepresence and general video) delivery. Job Description:

Product management is responsible for the product lines in our client's portfolio.
Your task will be to participate in the Product Management team driving the implementation of the strategy for our client's products with focus on enabling profitable growth. Your job will include close interaction with key customers, competitors, sales managers, principal consultants and R&D to ensure market driven portfolio innovation and development. You will also develop marketing messages and engage in customer events as a speaker.

You will be working with allocating R&D budget to maximize the product contribution and participate in all activities relating to Product Life Cycle Management, including decisions on Roadmaps. This job will require frequent international travel. The exact responsibility, what product or other aspect of our client's portfolio, will be discussed and determined together with the successful applicant.

We expect you to have strong innovation skills and ability to translate market requirements & customer needs into business ideas and realize these into profitable business. You will be developing and communicate market messages.

• Experienced in the use of a variety of data sources (Statistical PM counter data, Fault Management Data, Drive test data, Configuration Management Data) for radio network investigation and optimization.
• Good knowledge of WCDMA High Speed Data performance optimization methods.
• Experience with Ericsson radio network equipment and at least one other vendor.
• Excellent knowledge of GSM and WCDMA/HSPA protocols and traffic cases.
• Experience from Network Optimization, Roll-out/Tuning or Planning, is a merit.

Job Description:

Acting as a part of a small team in a growing and exciting startup, the Director is responsible for in depth understanding of the assigned market, including customer needs, competition and technology - both our client and their eco-system partners. The Director is expected to:

• Act as a champion within the company for mobile carrier customer requirements
• Take overall feature specification & implementation responsibility for Mobile Carrier products and additional assigned products
• Act as spokesperson and interface to prospect/customers for headquarters briefings and other first/key interactions between our client and their prospects.
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Recommend list pricing, with accompanying competitive and margin analysis
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
• Lead/drive product positioning, go-to-market activities, and sales training
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Act as a leader within the company

Required experience and knowledge

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager, and total of 5 years in a role involving networking
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products for the mobile carrier market
• Minimum of two year experience with wireless products, including some exposure to WiFi technology, but background in licensed wireless products acceptable.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile carrier (MNOs) networks and architecture, familiarity with 3GPP/3GPP2 specifications, Mobile Packet Core, GGSN/SGSN, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree, with an advanced technical or business degree desirable.
• Technical background, with experience in networking, wireless preferred
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Preference given to background in
high end mission critical software application sales

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to C level in key accounts. Fluent English is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as subject-matter expert (SME) on our client's Service Assurance products and serve as authoritative consultant to customers and partners
• Problem reporting, escalation, replication, and resolution management
• Troubleshoot technical issues and problems using analytical methods to identify root cause. Problem analysis and data gathering including packet trace in support of escalated issues
• High level of direct customer interaction, often working independently with customers
• Manage customer escalations and be an active member of the corporate escalation team
• Prioritize incoming issues as well as being able to resolve time-critical situations reliably & professionally
• Write technical notes and knowledgebase entries
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and improving existing processes and programs a must. This position will collaborate with Development, Sales, and Implementation Services.

• 5+ years experience in technical support role, working in the telecommunications space.

• Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of projects and improving processes to improve the customer experience with Technical Support
• Debugging complex systems and proven ability to make rapid technical assessments along with a track record of technical problem resolution
• Knowledge of Layer 1 & 2 protocols and related standards including TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, and IP routers
• Knowledge of VoIP architectures and Layer 7 Application protocols and associated standards: SIP, H.323, IMS, MGCP, Megaco (H.248) and SS7 Core (ISUP, MAP, CAMEL)
• Experience with Network troubleshooting and analysis tools (Wireshark/Ethereal etc.) Hammer product training a plus
• Relational database experience - a plus
• Proficient in Linux/Unix
• University degree CIS, or Telecommunications, or Systems Engineering
• Excellent communication skills - Fluent in Italian and English languages
• Valid passport

Product training will occur both in Italy and USA. Success in this position leads to a career path in 3G and 4G carrier network infrastructure technical support and sales or deployment of our client's products into carriers and enterprise.

Job Description:

Our client, a rapidly growing provider of service quality assurance testing and monitoring solutions for new IP communications, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the sales growth and our client's presence in the South-East Asia territory for Next Generation Service Assurance solutions

Our client's product portfolio represents a truly comprehensive set of monitoring surveillance and analysis technologies for Mobile Broadband (MBB), Next Generation Networks (NGN), SS7/Sigtran Signaling, VoD/IPTV, and IP Core for telecom networks.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a moderate amount of sales and consultancy experience in Circuit & Packet Switched network domains and good understanding of mobile core network technologies. The candidate will support the Regional Sales Director to qualify opportunities, conduct demonstrations, propose solutions to customers, and after deployment of our client's solutions into customer carrier network, provide consultancy for high level technologies and applications support.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Director, South-East Asia. The candidate will reside in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and travel 70%.

Responsibilities:
The Systems Engineer will be fully trained in our client's product line and be trained and supported to operate as our client's SME in this rapidly growing territory. As a pre-Sales and post-Sales technical resource, working within a global team of sales, marketing and engineering professionals, the Systems Engineer will present solutions to customers with the goal of securing business, and provide technical consultancy services to established accounts with the goal of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

• Qualify sales opportunities and determine technical fit for our client's solutions.
• Develop answers to RFP-style requests and ensure the final bid proposal can be technically delivered in a timely and profitable manner.
• Field demonstrations of our client's products - Organize, manage, and execute on-site customer evaluations of Our client's portfolio of Service Assurance products.
• As SME and Technical Consultant provide diagnostic and trouble shooting of telecom networks, and provide customers information and analysis of results generated by Our client's systems and products
• Document product problems and feature requests, communicate them internally and work with a global engineering team for resolution.

Requirements:
• BS Engineering - preferably Computer Science or Telecommunications
• 3+ years telco industry as technical consultant, sales engineer or technical support
• Knowledge of telecom protocols, networks and topologies including 2G, 2.5G & 3G mobile technologies, TDM, SS7, IP, Mobile Broadband (MBB) and NGN.
• Must know equipment architecture and deployment approach of main vendors including Nokia Siemens Networks, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent and Huawei with ability to describe the entire processes from authentication, location and mobility, messaging, calling and data exchange.
• Strong and proven knowledge of 2G, 3G mobile voice and data procedures including Radio Access Network, Circuit and Packet Switching domains, and signaling core.
• Programming experience in Visual Basic would be an advantage
• Proven ability to work independently without significant supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Energetic and dynamic team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels and most importantly willing to learn new technologies

We seek a Sales Account Manager for the Verizon Account to sell our client's portfolio of Service Assurance products. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record selling network equipment to Verizon and knowledge of Service Assurance, OSS, Traditional Telecom and IP networks.

Our client's product portfolio represents a truly comprehensive set of solutions for mobile, wireline and cable service providers and converged network operators. Service Assurance solutions include: Mobile Core Monitoring, Service Quality Monitoring, Active Network monitoring, SS7 Core Network Monitoring, Service Assurance Analytics, SIP Trunk Testing, NGN/IMS Applications Testing.

Travel 50%; Home-office base; Reports to Director, Tier 1 Sales, Service Assurance Products

Responsibilities:

• Direct Account Management responsibility for the Verizon account
• Develop and lead the execution of strategies to increase sales
• Increase market share by growing existing deployments and breaking into new areas
• Develop and maintain relationships with individual contributors through C-level executives
• Assess and accurately forecast opportunities
• Maintain 100% customer satisfaction within existing installed base
• Acts as the primary liaison between Verizon and our client to ensure timely, high quality responses to technical and business related needs and concerns
• Participates in providing feedback to product management and engineering regarding customer requirements and helping to drive the strategic roadmap
• Deliver effective presentations focused on solutions to customer needs

Qualifications / Experience

• Proven track record selling systems and services to Verizon
• Extensive understanding and background in VoIP, IP and Wireless products and technologies
• Ideal vendor experience includes Tektronix, Agilent, Brix, NetScout, Sonus Networks, BroadSoft, Acme Packet, Cisco, Juniper, Nortel Networks, and/or Alcatel/Lucent
• 5+ years sales experience in the Telecom industry
• A track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High level of enthusiasm and passion to grow the Verizon account

• MBA
