Electronic Search is seeking a technical lead for architecture and design of a digital signal processor with detailed understanding of CPU architectures such as RISC and VLIW.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing ISA, architecture and design of a complex processor in deep sub-micron process technology
• Provides technical direction to design, verification, and modeling team members
• Makes recommendations and decisions regarding the technical aspects of assigned projects
• Works with system architects and software engineers in performance analysis and specification of various architectures.
• Works with compiler team on development of compiler efficient DSP

Qualifications
• PhD with 6 years of experience in baseband DSP or CPU design or MS with 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and directly related experience
• Detailed knowledge of advanced DSP or CPU architecture and design techniques
• In-depth knowledge and experience with low power design techniques and performance/power trade offs
• Detailed understanding of ISA implications on performance, power and compiler support
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of memory system architectures, such as cache, DMA, memory access hardware and memory protection
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical issues and directions to team members
• Ability to work in large, cross functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated organizational, planning, and analytical skills

Novation currently seeks a Director, Mobile Applications for its Dallas, TX office. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Strategy & Product Development and provides direction and oversight for the strategy, development, implementation and management of mobile platform based analytics products and services designed to maintain a competitive advantage for Novation and alliance members.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the mobile platform strategy and mobile product portfolio roadmap
• Serve as a content expert and source of mobile platform and software as a service (SaaS) knowledge relative to data and analytics including providing environmental assessment on emerging trends, competitive intelligence, product comparison, product positioning and alternative business approaches
• Drive adoption of mobile devices both internally and externally through training, tips, tricks and recommendation of best apps for given activities
• Coordinate and collaborate with IDS Vice Presidents, Novation business units and the alliances to identify supply chain data product mobile application needs
• Provide financial modeling to determine potential business impact and market effectiveness of new mobile product and services offerings
• Identify and direct the development of innovative, hospital-facing mobile products and services that support the business strategy and maximize corporate performance
• Ensure all mobile products deployed to target markets are compliant with market requirements (e.g. regulatory, confidentiality requirements)
• Drive and manage all aspects of the mobile products lifecycle, including user needs collection, strategy development, product requirements definition, marketing plan development and enhancement / release planning
• Direct efforts of both internal and external development (e.g. third party service providers / consultants) activity to meet deadlines and budget requirements
• Set and track key performance indicators. Monitor routine metrics as well as identify and measure the impact of new features and enhancements
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business or related degree required. MBA or post-graduate degree preferred
• Deep understanding of the mobile industry and a minimum 3 years of mobile product and platform experience, specifically mobile web and iOS (iPhone, iPad)
• Technical understanding of the web formats, feed types, media types and a general understanding of how the various elements of digital products work together
• Conceptual familiarity of mobile networks, carrier environments, messaging protocols, and application development environment
• Demonstrated ability to gather user and business requirements and translate them into a successful product vision
• Experience in translating users business needs into technical requirements
• Proven ability to prioritize feature releases based on business and customer impact / demand and organize them into a product roadmap
• Strategic product portfolio management experience and a demonstrated ability to define, prioritize, model and deliver best in class mobile products and features
• Strong analytical skills a must with experience in setting key performance indicators, goal-metrics and reporting
• Experience in developing and leading technical teams
• Demonstrated success in working collaboratively within a matrixed environment and ensuring the alignment of multiple stakeholders' needs
• Familiarity with agile development methodology
• Effective use of online collaboration tools for maximum team efficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in communicating technical elements to both technical and non-technical people

The Systems Integration Engineer - Wireless Infrastructure is based in the customer lab and will act as a Subject Matter Expert during the introduction of our client's products into the wireless carrier premises, resolving integration issues. The Systems Integration Engineer will:
• Provide product expertise to the customer.
• Provide feedback from the customer lab on integration issues and track the resolution of these issues.
• Maintain RAN equipment in the customer lab.
• Support the customer with product integration with the customer products
• Escalate issues through the appropriate channels internally.
• Support with customer IOT.

Qualifications
• BSEE or related Engineering degree.
• Strong understanding and experience with 3GPP technologies.
• Experience with base station technologies.
• Proficient in interpretation of ETSI / 3GPP specifications (Rel99/Rel5/Rel6) and devising relevant tests strategies.
• Skilled in Linux administration and kernel configuration.
• Familiar with scripting.
• Good understanding of networking issues, especially when related to the TCP/IP protocol.
• Ability to interpret protocol message traces and use them to diagnose problems.
• Practical experience of IP networking, including configuration of routers, DHCP servers, and working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking in general.
• Familiar with real-time multi-processor, multi-threaded, event-driven software..
• Familiar with high availability Linux based systems, preferably Wind River.
• Familiar with Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture (ATCA) hardware platform.
• Customer facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Experienced in a lab environment.
• Experience with microcells or picocells is a plus.
• Able to work independently.

Electronic Search is seeking a Handset Technical Approval Engineer for our client.

Duties
• Planning: Have proven experience with the AT&T wireless terminal development and testing community. All support process of device testing and approval i.e.: Review of operators testing requirements and match with performance specs of proposed device, align device operating systems, device applications, software calibration/loading, trouble shoot issues and resolve within the operating protocols of the device. Social Network Media integration and communication to engineering groups as required. Develop, document, train, execute cross-functional task as it relates to on-time device launches as it relates to Technical Approval (TA). Schedule and maintain test plans with AT&T and required vendors per device.
• Manage Testing Approval Process: Provide direction and support the TA complete process of each device and in-line with launch schedule. Manage testing process, validation process, certification process compatibility concerns, product launch events, and manage multiple reports in relation to the TA department. Manage the AT&T testing process, procedures, timelines, documents including but not limited to; 10776, 17650, 13340, 13289, 15536, 14782, 14892, 16411, 13340. Understand AT&T device classifications including but not limited to; MV1, MV2, MV3, MV4 with HW, SW, DSP, Mechanical and Acoustic measurements. Manage AT&T SEMC requirements and all Regulatory testing certifications including but not limited to; TTY, HAC, IEEE1725/1625, FCC, SAR, R&TTE (EMC/ESD, Spectrum, Safety), PTCRB, CTIA, OTA, BTQ. Have a high level of Creativity, efficient processes; execute tasks, trouble shoot issues and manage to resolve
• Customer Support: Streamline. Manage day to day communication with AT&T's product testing group, 3rd party testing labs and all internal departments with the goal of achieving an on-time TA. Manage all communication as it relates to product testing/homologation process before, during and after the launch responsible for the direct communication to the customer, internal support teams and external testing/network vendors. Establish quality auditing process to better enhance testing process to the end customer/operator. Support sales activities, client relations, coordinate all pre-sales technical support for client, visit onsite product testing activities, tradeshows. Sync and align local US Team with global support to deliver a defined process to manage on time TA cycles/product launches.

Qualifications
• A complete understanding of entire eco system of mobile device homologation process, technical acceptance, commercialization device requirements, industry certifications, lab testing management, field testing, network validation, drive test, trace logs, network testing equipment, network optimization and all pre-production quality standards of the US Market and AT&T Wireless.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Engineering, Technical experience in related field, Product Development, Software Development, Mobile Phone Operating System's and 3rd party integration
• Must be professional, accessible and flexible to the changing needs of the department, Must work well in a solo team environment, capable of handling fast paced situations, self starter, organized and manages time well.
• Excellent Customer Service, verbal and written communication skills, quality commitment, strong interpersonal skills and adaptability. Willing to grow and keep pace within wireless industry.
• Portfolio of projects completed within other OEM'S and Operators around the US Market
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft office suite of tools including: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook also be able to use understand and maintain mobile phone related software.
• Positive Attitude and a pleasant customer service experience, A great work ethic and the ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented and organized, punctual
• Established relationships within AT&T engineering, product development, product management, network validation, testing/approval departments and approved AT&T certification labs required

Qualifications

Job Requirements
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) in a high-technology industry.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in self-driven content creation marketing role.
• Understanding of the Communications Service Providers market is a plus.
• Proven track record of hands-on developing high quality marketing materials.

• Take overall product ownership for assigned projects; responsible for delivering the product to production.
• Fully manage each project - Develop, publish and meet schedules, keeping all stakeholders informed of product status at all times.
• Manage the development process including OEM's/ODM's, chipset manufacturers, etc.
• Manage product verification testing of the product features and performance.
• Manage the customer certification, support and documentation.
• Travel 10%

Qualifications:
• MSEE preferred

THE DAY TO DAY

• Work directly with Executive Management in strengthening the groups sales offerings

Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in online advertising sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals

• MUST possess the acumen to master social media apps and offerings. Selling multiple platforms and offerings at one time.
• Demonstrated ability to secure and manage a book of online sales in excess of $1mm plus

• 100K base, OTE 200K

Job Description
Electronic Search is seeking an RF Engineer for our client to write specifications as well as design, optimize and test. This is a Contract to Permanent Hire position.

The RF Engineer will:

• Create RF Designs for new Wireless and Public Safety communication networks
• Utilize propagation model to review existing and potential sites
• Prepare search areas, RF link budgets and antenna system design
• Develop and review Wireless site frequency plan assignments and handoff neighbor lists
• Test Potential Sites and prepare analysis of drive data
• Perform Acceptance Test Procedures on new Radio Base Sites
• Troubleshoot System Problems
• Modify and set System Parameters
• Review System performance and traffic statistics
• Recommend changes as required
• Perform system level troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Travel 10%

Qualifications:
• BSEE required, MSEE preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years RF Engineering experience for either the cellular or public safety wireless markets
• Experience with RF Propagation Software Tools
• Drive test tools (test transmitter, RF measurement such as Invex or Berkley)
• Familiar with Technology & Standards such as CDMA, EVDO, GSM, LTE, HSPDA, EDGE, P25, EDACS
• Interference and intermodulation
• RF Safety Analysis and testing
• Ability to monitor audio quality of Wireless calls
• Computer Software: MS Office Apps, MapInfo, MS Access
• Spectrum Analyzer, watt meter
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

The Sr. Process Plant Automation Technician in the Mine Radio and Instrumentation Department will be responsible for installations and maintenance of technical and communication devices on mobile mining equipment as well as the 2-way communication and MESH systems for the entire site. Responsibilities also include installation and maintenance of solar devices and generators utilized to power various systems. Current systems include Motorola analog and digital 2-way communication devices, Motorola MESH, Jigsaw, Dispatch, CAES, GPS, DSS, Matrikon, TyreSense, TPMS, and FSM.

Responsibilities:
• Under minimal supervision, provides technical knowledge and guidance for designated interface groups
• Provides installation, diagnostics, repair and reliability of industrial control systems and equipment
• Interface between staff engineers, external technical representatives, operations, and maintenance personnel
• Experience with control system maintenance and associated project development/implementation
• Provides installation, diagnostics, repair and reliability of industrial control equipment (i.e. instrumentation, industrial communications, DCS, HMI, PLC, PC interface, and third party equipment)
• Actively participates in safety and environmental programs and other programs determined by management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an approved electrical / instrumentation certification program and/or minimum of five (5) years electrical / instrumentation repair and maintenance in an industrial setting
• Completion of designated internal certification program within one year of hire
• Experience in SCADA, HMI / PLC or DCS based control systems
• Strong technical knowledge in communication, interfaces and protocols
• Ability to read, understand and apply information from technical manuals, prints, and schematics for trouble shooting and repair
• Valid State Drivers License
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to satisfy training, safety, and electronic message transmission policies of the company
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and both scheduled and unscheduled overtime as business needs dictate
• Able to perform the essential functions of the job at the time of the job offer with or without reasonable accommodations

Preferred Qualifications:
• RF 2-WAY Radio Technology
• Motion Metrics Systems
• Understand, Troubleshoot and Repairs of high / low precision GPS systems
• Experience with portable Solar power systems
• Experience in wireless communications (Computer dispatching, MESH)
• Understand, Troubleshoot, and Repairs on portable generators (up to 20Kw)

Criteria/Conditions (specific background and skills):
• Work is performed in a mine or manufacturing plant which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, explosives, fumes or airborne particles
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see
• Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy to heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) during the course of the workday
• Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety foot wear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and other protective equipment as required
