Summary: Entriq is looking for a highly motivated, detailed oriented Web Application developer with proven experience in development of advanced media rich web applications and excellent Customer communication skills. Support and Integration Engineer will be responsible for Customer integration and customization support of Entriq’s Security, Billing and Customer Care Service API’s. Engineer will also develop web-based infrastructure and application management tools for Entriq’s 24×7 Service environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customization and maintenance of Entriq’s web based player framework
Integration and customization support of Entriq Service API’s
Interface extensively with customers, trouble tracking and resolution
Configuration of Entriq Billing, Customer Care and Security Service tools
Develop and maintain sample integration code libraries
Define, document and maintain Entriq integration operating procedures and Developers guide
Identify, define and implement operational efficiency improvements
Train customers on use of Entriq configuration tools and API’s
Participate in QA testing of pre-production code releases
Verify, document and manage report of software bugs
Create and maintain software release documentation
Interface with Engineering and Sales teams
Communicate and provide regular status reports to Management.
Provide on-call support for Entriq’s 24×7 environment
Perform management and maintenance of servers and associated operating systems including installation, upgrades, enhancements, audits, data backups, preventative maintenance, process billing and items on daily checklist.
Procure, inventory and track Entriq Service infrastructure assets.
Communicate and provide regular status, performance and operational reports to Management.
Work closely with the development engineering team to ensure timely resolution of bug fixes.
Build and manage relationships with internal and external organizations.
Will require periodic domestic and international travel
Carry an on-call pager and/or mobile phone and respond quickly to emergency situations.
All other related responsibilities as necessary
Worked in a Professional Services environment a plus.
Minimum 5-7+ years previous software development experience in a Windows and Linux environment required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years experience working with Microsoft Windows 2000 Servers in a High Availability computing/network environment. Preferably in a high volume transactional environment.
Significant experience in developing and interfacing with advanced API service or applications.
Considerable experience developing transactional based ecommerce applications.
Strong programming knowledge of C++, .Net, Relational Databases, HTML, ASP and JSP.
Experience with supporting Internet and Web applications using IIS or other Web Servers
Considerably experience with embedding streaming media web applications (Windows Media and Real)
Excellent knowledge of internet networking, management and security protocols
Strong cross-platform development skills
Candidate is required to track time for each customer implementation
May be required to work off-hours, weekend or holidays to accomplish clients needs
Demonstrated ability to handle/organize multiple complex technical projects simultaneously and previous success in communicating technical concepts from novice to highly technical audiences required.
Ideal candidate is a strong team player, quality conscious, has excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, and is highly self motivated.
