The company owns and operates a proprietary mobile content management & delivery platform that serves wallpapers, ringtones, WAP sites, MMS content, video clips, applications & streaming Mobile TV channels. Our mobile content is currently available to over 200 million handsets.
We are looking for exceptional talent to lead our wireless marketing team. The candidate will play a significant role in the strategic growth of New Frontier Media\’s wireless business, working with content partners, wireless carriers and our internal development group to create new product offerings that deliver exceptional ROI.
Successful candidates will have relevant experience in the mobile industry with a proven track record of and ability to deliver mobile products to market; skill in crafting action plans necessary to achieve revenue-minded objectives; relationship management skills and the ability to work creatively to structure products and partnerships
Responsibilities:
— Develop, strategize, and manage global marketing communications and product positioning
— Direct the teams responsible for content packaging, advertising, brand development, SMS campaigns, research, etc.
— Create and implement marketing plans throughout the life of the product(s) to support the sales and production teams
— Develop ongoing market research and provide competitive analyses
Experience:
— A minimum of five (5) years experience in the mobile industry as a market leader in developing consumer products with P&L and team management responsibilities
— Prefer candidates with 3+ years experience at a tier 1 wireless carrier.
— Executive presence and leadership skills.
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
— Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; MBA desirable.
