Associate Marketing Manager

Our clients are senior marketing managers at Fortune 500 technology companies who look to us to combine strategy, program management, technology and content development that helps them to drive business value.
We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manger who is an expert at keeping teams coordinated and projects organized. This position requires a versatile marketer with the ability to move between detail oriented and creative tasks while focusing on quality and customer service. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison with various customers, coordinating status updates, reporting, monitoring multiple projects, aggregating data from multiple sources, facilitating portal updates, writing newsletters, as well as aggregating and editing content for various marketing materials. Following are some of the specific job responsibilities:
-Writing and promoting client newsletters
-Working with content owners to aggregate and edit content for distribution
-Tracking and managing metrics, pulling and reporting relevant data
-Manage various promotions including contests, reviews, timelines, winners and logistics
-Act as a project manager for day-to-day content publishing on assigned portals
-Identify opportunities to co-market content as appropriate
-Project manage the creation of various types of marketing and sales content, including: white papers, sales playbooks, datasheets, case studies, presentations, and FAQs
Candidates for the Associate Marketing Manager must bring:
-Minimum 1 year of marketing communications, public relations, campaign management or project management in technology-related company
-Proven expertise with editing and managing technology marketing content
-B.A. degree in marketing, communications or related field; or related certificate
