To develop a strategy and approach to, manage and maintain a major Tier 1 Wireless Carrier account for sales, development, new products, and promotional offerings, advertising and marketing opportunities.
Accountable for hitting monthly sales and revenue targets
Charged with creating an annual account plan focusing on strategies for deck management of THQ Wireless content, marketing, advertising and promotions for a major Tier 1 Wireless Carrier.
Responsible for managing carrier handset priority lists and effictively communicating the handset list internally.
Responsible for making sure product is completed and submitted to carriers in a timely basis.
Develop and communicate timely sales data actuals and forecast on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
4-Year college degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years experience in sales with 3+ years experience selling to wireless carriers. Must have Wireless experience.
Experience with data content and services, including SMS, WAP, MMS, JAVA etc. a plus.
Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets.
Relationship building and partner communication skills.
Ability to understand and manage contract requirements and identify new business opportunities.
