That’s where you come in. HELIO is looking for a Network Solutions Architect
The position of Network Solutions Architect will be primarily concerned with ensuring the applications and services on the terminal work in concert with the network. In addition, the Network Solutions Architect will research emerging technologies, evaluating their potential benefits for current and future projects.
This position will supervise no direct reports, and will report in to the Sr. Manager of Terminal Engineering.
Position Duties / Responsibilities:
Design and development of handset solutions, adopting cutting edge technology in the field of wireless internet
Feasibility studies on new terminal solutions
Developing deployment strategies for terminal services
Solution vendor management
Writing requirements for handset technical solutions
Writing test procedures
Working with service team to rationalize product requirements
Evaluate and recommend handset-related third party software platforms, solutions and applications.
Conduct technology and vendor selection through technical evaluations
