Java Web Application Developer
Tiny Pictures is looking for talented java application developers to help develop our Radar service for cameraphones. As a member of our development team, you’ll extend our system to support features on the web and mobile devices. We’re looking for expert programmers who know how to get things done using Java web frameworks.
Tiny is a VC-funded startup based in San Francisco. We offer competitive salaries and benefits.
Responsibilities:
* implement and maintain a fully functional, interactive java-based application with both web and mobile front ends
* extend core service APIs and integrate them with client controller frameworks
* formulate schedules and deliverables based on requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
* 5 years experience in web application development
* expert familiarity in Java, J2EE, Hibernate and Spring
* experience with JSP, JSTL required, WURFL a plus
* proficiency editing and maintaining Ant build systems
* expertise in supporting AJAX frameworks and application lifecycles
* experience exposing web service APIs
* BS in Computer Science required, MS preferred
