Inside Sales Representative

Location: San Francisco
We are looking for someone to work with and build our current base of leads and to follow up on the inquiries we receive every day.
Demonstrating the M:Metrics product via phone and web
Building the sales pipeline
Customer database management – collecting and updating critical information from prospects
Managing incoming inquiries of all kinds and routing them appropriately within the sales organization
The Skills Needed
We need an Inside Sales Representative who has previous sales experience, technical aptitude, and can effectively demonstrate our Syndicated Data Service to prospects.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong telephone skills and a friendly, personable demeanor
Minimum of two to three years of proven sales, account management, or customer service experience
Previous experience in the mobile sector and/or an interest in market research and measurement
Technical ability to demonstrate our web-based data service via telephone and remote conferencing
Experience managing to a sales quota
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and accomplish goals under tight deadlines
The position reports to the Vice President of Sales in our San Francisco office.
