Senior Systems Design Engineer
This is a 6-month contract. No paid relocation.
Salary: $50.00 – $70.00 USD /hour

You will be responsible for the LCS Technology development activities related to SMLC.
* Location technology product development
* TDOA Systems integration support
* BSS/NSS software IOT with TDOA
* Product Management related to UMA SMLC requirements
* Systems Design related to UMA E911 technology
* UMA location Algorithm design and optimization
* IOT testing and TMO lab verification
* FOA trial activities
* Vendor interaction
* Cross functional coordination
* Project Management related to SMLC
Requirements
* 4 year degree in engineering (Master Degree in CS or EE preferred)
* Wireless engineering experience (GSM or UMTS Layer 1, 2, and 3)
* Wireless Core Network Knowledge
* Alcatel DMSC experience or knowledge
* 3GPP Standards skill
* Call processing and OAM knowledge
* TCP/IP
* Unix experience
* Testing expertise related to GSM/GPRS
* Willing to undergo criminal background check
