Customer Project Manager
SVOX AG (www.svox.com) is a dynamic technology company specialized in text-tospeech and a leading provider of speech output solutions for the automotive and mobile devices industries.
We are seeking to add to our professional services team, a well-organized project manager for our customer projects. Your main task will be to support the sales processes and to fully organize the implementation of the customer projects involving the SVOX text-to-speech system for navigation systems, hands-free car kits, mobile
navigation devices and mobile phones. We offer a varied, full-time position in an international, fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a highly competitive salary.
Tasks
· Management of customer projects
· Consulting and support of customers regarding best technology practice
· Technical sales for customers and target accounts in the automotive systems and
mobile devices markets
· Development of demo applications
· Close cooperation with customers and internal Research & Development to
coordinate SVOX’s activities for customer projects
· Support of SVOX’s sales team in issuing project proposals
Formal requirements
· Several years of experience and successful track record in project management in
a technical field
· Programming skills and experience in writing automated scripts
· Experience in the automotive or mobile devices industry, or speech technology
know-how is advantageous
· Practical experience with embedded systems (software and/or hardware) and realtime
operating systems is a strong plus
· Technical education (masters or graduate university degree) in computer science,
electronic engineering, physics or a related field
Personal requirements
· Above average commitment to the job
· Team player with good interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge of German and English, French is a plus
· Flexible to travel for work (~20%)
· Willingness to relocate to Zurich, Switzerland
