Technical Support Engineer
Provide technical support to our customers as well as in-house verification and validation of our telecommunications (wireless networking systems) solutions. You may also provide on-site installation of new systems, train customer representatives, upgrade facilities, coordinate customer problem resolution with engineering, configure and maintain customer demonstration or lab equipment, and otherwise support our quality management system and customer support activities.
This position requires impeccable customer communication skills coupled with the ability to concisely communicate technical information to customers and development personnel in order to achieve problem resolution. The successful candidate will have a BS in Telecommunications/Engineering, or the equivalent. Prior experience in customer related support including troubleshooting of a Windows and/or Linux based system is required.
Fluency is multiple languages is preferred and may be required for specific positions within this team. Open positions currently require fluency in Arabic.
