alwaysBEthere, the USA’s leading independent producer of realtime mobile solutions is looking for a Recruitment Manager to build and lead our aggressive recruiting efforts, which are paramount to our growth trajectory. We need a functional visionary to be the leader of a team of tactical executors.
You must be hyper responsible and be able to independently develop the recruiting and talent-locating function and execute all parts and pieces of the tasks associated with it with help from your team. You must also be flexible and excited about constant change and growth in the organization, our employees, and your responsibilities. You will be responsible for:
• Development and implementation of strategic long-range recruitment plans and programs to support the organizations aggressive recruitment and growth goals. You will be called upon to develop and create recruiting processes, procedures, documentation, new programs, and such. You must love to create and develop incremental organizational value.
• Tactical recruiting activities to meet our current goal of hiring between 3 and 5 people/month including several senior-level leaders.
• Working with group managers to develop and implement pro-active and effective recruitment strategies and tools to source, assess, and pre-qualify super-star candidates. This also includes working with hiring managers and business leaders to assess staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify key talent
• Achieving established recruitment goals and objectives consistent with the organization’s growth and cultural goals
Position Qualifications/Requirements:
• Self-directed and action-oriented
• Responsible with confidential information
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in related course of study
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Ability to work in constantly changing/dynamic work environment
• Demonstrated recruiting success
You must be available more than 8 hours per day and sometimes on weekends, as dictated by client needs and the marketplace. The entire organization is market-focused and we all help out when the market overloads a group or individuals. As such, you need to be talented enough, in a broad way, to contribute to other groups and people who get overloaded from time-to-time due to favorable but explosive market forces.
Beyond your “role,” you will be an integral part of an overall pioneering team and can be called upon, along with everyone else, to shuttle out-of-town visitors to airports, take out trash, do dishes, whip up hot cocoa for guests, or chase down the FedEx truck to take just one last package. You name it, if it moves the enterprise forward, you’ll likely be called upon to do whatever it takes to accrue an ever-growing base of astounded, advanced realtime mobile solutions users.
