Job Description – External:
Responsibilities
• Manage team leads or managers, and software developers responsible for developing our core manage security services platform
• Requirements analysis and system design
• Software prototyping and development
• Ensure completion of software projects on time and budget as specified in the requirements and design documents
• Personnel management including recruiting, on-boarding and review performance of direct reports.
Experience – External:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent with 10+ years experience. Masters Degree is a plus
• 4+ years managing development teams, experience managing technical leads and the ability to perform as a hands on contributor
• Proficient in SDLC methodologies
• Experience in Java, Oracle, UNIX, Linux
• Experience in OO programming, data mining, data warehousing, compilers, search engines, or related technologies is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Prior consulting experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in managing manage offshore development teams is a plus
