UK Sales Manager
Basic: £80K (Flexible)
OTE: £160K
Benefits: Extensive including Stock Options
Senior Account Executive
Basic: £50-60K
OTE: £110K

The Role
You will be selling a state of the art integration and web enablement technology allowing Clients to access their information systems across the enterprise. Our Clients technology enables any wireless device or remote desktop computer to be connected to mainframe and thin client terminals – along with integrating information stored on any legacy system to provide further, and indeed complete access to critical data; Mixture of software, consulting and support contributes to the average deal size of £100K – 200K;
• New business role – solid pipe in place and total support form the country manager;
• Sales cycles are quick – 3 months – due to the scale and flexibility of the solution;
• Revenue target will be circa £1.2M which is very realistic.
The UK Sales Manager will be managing a team of 2 sales executives initially with remit to grow moving forward.
Sales Executives – Person Profile
• You must have a proven track record selling one of the following technologies – integration software, BPM, systems management or systems oriented architecture;
• 5 years plus experience of selling horizontally at board level to major enterprise, ideally with some European exposure;
• Experience within the following companies could be ideal; HP, IBM, AttachmateWRQ, Sun Microsystems, Seagull, Jacada, SoftwareAG, Progress, Neon.
UK Sales Manager – Person Profile
• All of the above plus;
• 3 years sales management experience;
• Minimum 7 years successful software sales experience;
• Backgrounds from the companies above are ideal.
