• NEC NEAX-61
• NEC NEAX-S
• NEC 101E

• NEC NEAX61XS
• Siemens EWSD
• Siemens EWSD

Required Skills and Experience:
• Have Tier 2/Tier 3 level support capabilities
• Ability to solve complex hardware/software issues
• Excellent customer interface skills
• Knowledge of POTS, Routing/Switching and Remote Access
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Technical support skills across multiple switching systems above
• ISDN Configuration
• Technical Certification
• Under Graduate Degree in Telecommunications or related field
• Legacy Systems, Line Provisioning, Monitoring/Surveillance, Trunk Provisioning
• Patch & Updates, Software Loads
