Sales Manager (Wireless Division)
Total Call Mobile, a new division of fast paced telecommunications company, based in downtown Los Angeles is recruiting a team player to promote industry-leading wireless voice and data services to multiple ethnic communities. We are currently looking for an experienced, sales driven individual to join our team as a National Sales Manager.
In this position, you will be responsible for selling company products and services through resellers/channels across the U.S and represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support. You will be required to open new sales channels, negotiate channel partner agreements, generate revenue, meet monthly sales quotas and prospect for new points of distribution. Should have experience in selling to multiple ethnic communities.
Must also be able to prepare and present professional proposals specific to customer needs. Be adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences plus demonstrate persistence, overcome challenges, and strive to improve skills. Be able to inspire and motivate in order to sell aggressively. Able to identify new sources of business, develops sales strategies, techniques & tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify distribution channels and distribution partners
• Able to successfully prospect and close contracts
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
• A Self-Starter who is competitive, energetic and assertive
• Knowledge of computer and word processing systems and programs
• 2-4 years of wireless telecom sales experience
• Agent/Dealer telecommunications experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Ethnic marketing background
• Knowledge of voice/data/internet solutions & technical applications
• Bilingual is also a plus
