National Retail Account Executive – Western Region

National Retail Account Executive
Reports to: National Retail Manager
Position Objective:
Provide excellent customer service to our guests by utilizing their experience and knowledge to build guest relationships and drive sales in our national retail locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist guests to determine which product and service best fit their needs
• Educate guest on product lines and guide them through the selection process
• Maintain awareness of all product requirements and information, promotions, and advertising
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests at Helio
• Engage in company sponsored programs, and or national retail events to develop new guests and referrals
• Conduct guest credit inquiries and add guest’s account information into our billing system
• Maintain national retailers policies, cleanliness and organization
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of Helio products and services
• Team Player
• Ability to work as a vendor and guest in a national retail environment.
• Ability to interact and create a team environment with national retail managers and employees resulting in the promotion of increasing sales.
• Ability to do presentations and train national retail employees and managers.
Education and/or Experience:
• 1 – 3 years in a sales environment
• Prior wireless experience, or national retailers experience a plus
• Successful completion of Helio’s New Hire Training Program
• A desire to work with others and serve guests
• A Very upbeat and outgoing personality
• An ability to work on their own and multi task
Skills & Physical Requirements:
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
• Ability to stand on feet for a full 8 hour shift
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally
• Availability primarily on weekends.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to interact in a busy and high visibility location.
