Customer Service Representatives
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls; research and resolve billing and service equiptment issues; provide information on our products and services. This position calls for a team player who has strong keyboard skills and is proficient in Word and Excel. You must have significant customer service and on-line customer contact experience, the ability to analyze and resolve problems and excellent communication skills. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
