Job Title: Director Sales and Marketing – Wireless Infrastructure Products
Location: Baltimore, MD
The Director Sales and Marketing is responsible for the creation and ownership of Infrastructure Sales and Marketing strategies and for exceeding the revenue, gross profit and buyer growth goals. Key accountabilities include creating and owning the sales and marketing processes that will drive repeatable and high performance results and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Customer segment selection and penetration plans, market and competitive analysis, and marketing plans to exceed business goals
• Leading sales processes by establishing sales territories, goals, and budgets
• Forecasting and setting performance goals
• Creating innovative sales and marketing processes and programs that drive demand and buyer growth
• Leading all value selling and price processes to maximize margins
• Meeting with key clients, assisting sales managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
• Collaborating to design and implement highly effective sales compensation programs
• Owning brand identity standards and practices and leading the marketing team to develop key messages
• Oversee product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and selection of external creative agencies in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and creative processes
• Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and budgeting/financial skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer presentation skills
• Outstanding project management and time management skills
• Ability to travel at 50-70% of your time
Required Skills:
• 15 years of high-level performance in sales, sales leadership, marketing, and channel management
• Experience managing outside creative and production resources
• Experience in leadership, strategic market insight, persuasive value selling skills
• Proven sales and creative process management, results-driven mentality and history of talent development
• MBA, B.S. or B.A. in Business or Marketing
