The Practice Lead is responsible for leading the development of solutions for vertical (industry) and/or horizontal applications (mobility solutions). Support sales through the sales force, develop a delivery team and deliver sold engagements.

The Practice Lead will also be responsible for defining and developing service offerings, and working with the sales force to identify opportunities, scoping and developing solutions and then closing sales. Sales would include Applications, Hardware (if needed), Network Access and Services (Professional Services, Managed Services). After the sale, the Practice Lead will be responsible for assembling the team and delivering the service to customers, specifically focusing on project management and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. All Practice Leads have responsibility for at least one vertical (e.g. utility) and/or horizontal (e.g. field force automation) for coverage of North American customers. Practice Leads must have both sales and delivery capabilities.
