RF Engineer / RF Optimization Engineer
One of our major clients in wireless industry is looking for RF Engineers on 6 month contract basis for positions in Tempe, AZ
Job Description:
Each Engineer will be assigned a cluster of sites to optimize through drive test collection and statistical analysis. Engineer will be required to maintain network call quality, and increase minutes of use. Engineer will be responsibile to follow T-Mobile best practices. The Engineer should be self confident, and self motivated to complete tasks accurately and on time. Understanding of TDOA a plus.
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
* 4 year Electrical Engineering degree.
* 3 years previous experience in Optimizing a live GSM network.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Able to solve complex network performance issues through statistical analysis.
Preferred skills:
Nokia BSS, MapInfo, Citrix, Nokia OMC, MML, SQL, Scout, MS office suite
