The job:
• Dedicated account management for key "blue chip" corporate clients, including pre-sales support
• Provide second line technical support and handle escalation of issues
• Day to day team management of two technical support advisors
• Oversee customer service for end users
• Contribute to maintaining and improving our global service processes
• Ensure the US service works to optimum level at all times
• Organise and host customer events
• Manage the US operator billing approval process
• Work closely with the US sales team and European customer service team
About you:
• Previous customer service experience at senior level within a technology environment essential
• Account management experience with proven track record supporting large accounts
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, WML, CSS and PHP is essential
• Experience of US cellphone carrier industry an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adept at problem solving and able to work autonomously
• Able to travel internationally to industry events and other Bango
offices

A seasoned professional, performs engineering assignments requiring independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard engineering techniques procedures, and criteria using judgment and ingenuity in making adaptations and modifications. Candidate should be able to develop a complete system architecture from and incomplete set of requirements through engineering analysis and team development with the customer. Provides direct, on-site support to the government’s Joint Technology Center, Systems Integration Lab (JTC SIL) in a highly visible, collaborative government/contractor work environment. Reports directly to an AAI Huntsville engineering lead. Plans for and/or participates in Hardware/Software Integration (HSI) with moderate risk or a portion of integration for high-risk programs. Performs work which involves conventional engineering practices but includes a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements and difficult coordination requirements. May supervise and/or conduct internal research and development projects to include material, hardware, software and electronics tests. Performs research, concept design, requirements analysis, including interpretation and decomposition of product requirements, and system design with moderate risk or a number of small programs with low risk. Provides expert knowledge of design standards and best practices for development. Represents the technical specialty in customer meetings, telephone contacts. May generate schedules and personnel requirements for a large portion of a project or for an entire project with moderate technical risks.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or directly related discipline.
• Advanced degree desired.
• 9+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with projects in the C4ISR&T world and preferable at least 3 years working in a leadership position on unmanned systems, aircraft systems, or computerized control stations.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a US DoD security clearance.

Required Skills

Provide engineering development team management and technical oversight for ground control station projects and proposals for unmanned aircraft systems. Initial assignment will be as project engineer on a next generation unmanned aircraft ground control station project. Future assignments will be provided by the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Director of Systems Engineering.
Duties will include: technical planning, scheduling, labor estimating, coordination of engineering teams, achieving project schedule commitments, generating variance report, developing and reviewing estimates to complete, achieving project cost commitments, meeting technical requirements, monitoring risk management and performing technical monitoring and control.
Candidate will manage systems engineers to accomplish tasks such as: developing concepts of operation, requirements management, architecture development, interpretation and decomposition of requirements, derivation and allocation of system or subsystem requirements to hardware and software elements of the systems design. Candidate will be responsible for developing and allocating work packages to various engineering groups such as: electrical hardware engineering, mechanical hardware engineering, software, integration, test and logistics. Candidate will occasionally develop work packages for and manage subcontractors.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor degree in engineering or directly related discipline.
• Requires nine years of systems engineering experience or equivalent academic, and/or engineering management experience.
• Requires an understanding of system level architecture top down design and bottom up analysis of ground control equipment involving mechanical, electrical, RF communications, computer, information assurance and software systems.
• Knowledge and experience with scheduling, cost estimating, and earned value management (EVMS) required.
• Proven effective written and oral communication skills.

• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, DoDAF (i.e. System Architect), UML and requirements traceability management (RTM) tools (i.e. DOORS) desired.
• STANAG 4586 experience a plus.
